Tunisian REV’ACTE Network

Preparing for the creation of a Tunisian Energy-Managing Cities Network

In January 2019 the ANME is launching REV'ACTE, a network of cities allied for the climate and energy transition in Tunisia. IDE-E will support the national agency for the implementation of the 2-years pilot phase of the network jointly financed by the Swiss (REPIC) and French (ADEME) development cooperations.

The purpose of this project is to strengthen the national ACTE Program by building a network of cities committed for energy transition. An online exchange platform will be established to facilitate knowledge transfer between municipalities and the dissemination of tools and innovative solutions. Such cooperation will reinforce managerial and technical capacities of Tunisian cities for sustainable energy management and climate resilience.
